Annotation: Ethno-psychological characteristics are connected with the whole past, way of life and history of the people in terms of its origin, and these characteristics began to appear even before the formation of the nation. It is known that a nation is formed at the highest stage of development of ethnic unity. Culture is a concept related to human life and unity. In many cases "Popular culture" is used as an alternative to "culture". This article explores the socio-psychological aspects of the positive and negative impact of the concept of "mass culture" on human society in the context of globalization and draws certain conclusions.
