Annotation: This article is devoted to ensuring openness and transparency of the activities of state bodies, analyzing the activities of public control and improving them in legal and practical terms. In the article, proposals on improvement of reforms in the system of public control, elimination of errors and shortcomings in the activities of some state bodies in the Republic of Uzbekistan have been developed, which are scientifically based and of practical importance.
