Annotation: A number of comprehensive measures are being implemented under the reforms in the tax system of our country, particularly in the direction of taxation of real estate of individuals. In particular, cadastral and tax authorities' databases are being integrated to implement measures of full coverage with cadastral calculation and valuation of land and real estate for the purpose of taxation.
