Annotation: The existing maintenance systems for different models of dump trucks (EO, TXK-1, TXK-2, etc.) differ only in frequency and type. In addition, each type of TXK has a certain amount of work, which affects the duration of subsequent maintenance, the workload of production equipment and repair personnel, and, as a result, the speed of delivery of equipment to work. Practice shows that the organization of work for each TXK with a certain frequency with the same amount of work can be the most promising maintenance system. In quarry conditions, it is economically and technologically expedient to abandon the expensive planned maintenance system (RTXK) and use the TXK system according to a schedule that predicts malfunctions, i.e., a rational approach to the air cleaning system of internal combustion engines of quarry dump trucks, given the real situation.
