Annotation: In recent years, there has been a sharp increase in interest in issues related to the formation mechanisms of human stress resistance in various professional fields. Researches on the study of problems of professional stress and professional burnout are being conducted among professionals working in the "Human-human" system - teachers, pedagogues, doctors, psychologists, sales staff, etc. According to these studies, sustained professional stress inevitably leads to professional burnout.
