Annotation: This article provides an analysis of the concept of “image”, the formation of the image of a state, which becomes a strategic task of a modern state in the development of international relations. An effective image policy of a country is considered as a factor indicating the level of its economic and cultural development, the success of the state’s domestic and foreign policy.
