Annotation: Today, at the international level, a number of scientific studies are being conducted aimed at improving the management of the activities of small businesses and private enterprises, the use of cost-effective technologies, the organization of effective management through digital technologies, the comprehensive study of the infrastructure of business activities, and the advantages of motivating employees. This article describes the issue of improving effective methods and mechanisms of managing small business and private business entities in the conditions of economic liberalization in our country.
