Annotation: In order to achieve economic growth in many countries of the world, the state pays attention to small business and private entrepreneurship. One of the most important tasks in this regard is to determine the structural changes of small business and private entrepreneurship entities and to determine the next ways and tasks according to the determined results. This article talks about the Ryabsev index and identifies the structural changes of small business and private business subjects in the sectors during the selected years through this index.
