Annotation: Wind energy assessments can be used to assess wind energy potential globally, nationally or regionally, or for a specific region. The potential of wind resources in our region has been studied in detail and the possibilities and opportunities for low-speed wind power plants have been studied. Some projects have been proposed for the design of wind turbines. The characteristics of low wind turbines have been studied.
