Annotation: Diagnosis of thyrotoxicosis At present, the diagnosis of thyrotoxicosis does not present serious difficulties. The spread of imaging methods increases the detection of pituitary adenomas every year. Early diagnosis of TSH-secreting adenoma will prevent errors in treatment tactics, leading to unnecessary surgical intervention on the thyroid gland, and will improve the quality of life of patients. The article presents a clinical case of TSH-secreting pituitary adenomas.
