Annotation: The article discusses aspects of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, that this basic legal document is the basis of the legislative system of the state and the protection of national interests, as a set of legal criteria for accelerating the development of the state and socio-economic growth. It also highlights the issues that Uzbekistan is a full participant in international relations, the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens and legal entities are protected in foreign countries, the legislation is based on the norms of universal humanism and the constitution is the main criterion for the development of market relations in the country.
