Annotation: The constitution states that human rights, life, freedom, honor and dignity are the highest value, and the basic law serves as a solid foundation for the protection of human rights, the development of the foundations of civil society, liberalization and modernization of the social and political sphere of society. Because the constitution as a legal encyclopedia, which is of great importance in the socio-political life of citizens, has been gradually developing for many years. This article also discusses the socio-political significance of the constitution, the features and principles of its development.
