Annotation: The concept of civil society occupies a central place in modern political science, serving as a key indicator of democratic development and state stability. In the context of globalization, rapid technological change, and dynamic geopolitical transformations, the role of civil society in ensuring state security has acquired particular strategic relevance. This is due to the fact that the stability and security of any state cannot be achieved solely by force; they require the active participation and support of broad sections of the population, consolidated through various civic initiatives.
