Annotation: This article is dedicated to study theoretical ideas (concepts) about copulative combinations and the analysis of the opinions of linguists-iranists on this theme. This article also discusses the morphological criteria for distinguishing between сopulative compound words (CCW) and free copulative phrases (FCPH) and the representation of copulative units in translation.
