Annotation: A situation arises that regularly causes disputes between corporate law representatives and labor law experts. In other words, there is a conflict between experts in the two fields over what type of contract should be concluded with the head of the executive body of the corporation. In this dispute, labor law specialists focus on the execution of an employment contract with the head of the executive body. To this, representatives of the sphere of corporate law declare that a trust management agreement or an agreement for the provision of services for a fee should be concluded, and these corporate legal relations are regulated by civil law. Accordingly, this controversial situation always gives rise to various problem situations and controversial issues. Given the above, this article is devoted to the analysis of the contract concluded with the heads of the executive body of the corporation.
