Annotation: This article analyzes corruption, the concept of countering corruption, issues of responsibility for corruption crimes in developed foreign countries and their experience in preventing corruption. In particular, legislative acts of Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, China, South Korea, Germany, Great Britain, USA, Georgia, Spain and a number of other countries were studied and analyzed from foreign countries. Our research work provides practical suggestions and scientific conclusions on the issues of responsibility for corruption crimes based on the experience of other states.
