Annotation: In this study, the characteristics of destructive diseases of the spine were widely discussed. The fact that disc protrusion and hernias play an important role in modern medicine among diseases of the musculoskeletal system requires the development of new modern methods of treatment of this disease. It is necessary to study the topographic, morphological and histological structure of protrusions and hernias of the spine in the health care system of the Republic, which leads to early and complete diagnosis of patients.
