Annotation: This article analyzes the difficulties encountered in preventing and resolving conflicts in the school environment and their solutions. Conflicts can arise between teachers, students, and parents for a variety of reasons, including communication gaps, student personalities, and internal school policies. The article also suggests effective methods and strategies for solving these problems. This research methodology includes literature review, survey, and observation, which provides an in-depth analysis of understanding and resolving school conflicts.
