Annotation: This article analyzes the reforms carried out in order to achieve development with the youth of our country to a new level, the impact on the spiritual maturity of a person and the importance of education in bringing Uzbekistan to a new level and the increased need for education. It is discussed that the relevant issues have been scientifically discussed, and Uzbekistan has created new modern universities in order to train a new generation of competitive national personnel, and it was assumed that leading foreign scientists and professors would be attracted to this university and education of young people would be provided according to the most modern programs.
