Annotation: This article discusses the principles of justice and the rule of law in our country, one of the seven priorities developed on the basis of the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026 and the state program for its implementation in the "Year of Human Dignity and Active Neighborhood" is devoted to a brief account of the question of making it the most basic and necessary condition of development.
