Annotation: In the article, problems related to borders and water in the countries of Central Asia, aspects of their origin, as well as its importance in the relations between the countries are revealed. At the same time, attention is paid to the national-ethnic conflicts that arose after the independence of the countries of Central Asia and the controversial enclave territories between Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.
