Annotation: In this article, within the framework of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) paradigm, the development and practical implementation of hybrid digital twin technology based on the MATLAB/Simulink platform for industrial automation systems are investigated. The article analyzes the evolution of digital twin technology and the limitations of existing approaches, and proposes a hybrid modeling architecture, adaptive Bayesian parameter identification, a multi-object event-driven synchronization protocol, and a predictive maintenance module aimed at overcoming the main shortcomings of current methods.
