Annotation: The article studies the main points of tourism development in Uzbekistan. The legal framework of legislation in the field of tourism and crime prevention is outlined. The measures taken by the state for the comprehensive development of this direction are considered. The issue of the relevance of creating departments to ensure safe tourism and their tasks for the implementation of crime prevention have been studied. The world experience in solving the problems of ensuring the safety of tourism and preventing crime is given.
