Annotation: The functional state of the operator is understood as an integral characteristic of the state of the person according to the criteria of the efficiency of the activity he performs and the body systems involved in its implementation, the criteria of the internal value of the activity. When the operator is involved in work, the state of operational rest is replaced by the corresponding state of mobilization. This is called a state of adequate mobilization. The state of adequate mobilization is characterized by the fact that the level of tension of the functional capabilities of a person fully corresponds to the requirements imposed by specific conditions.
