Annotation: This article analyzes the concept of mythologemes, their representation in Uzbek literature, and their function in the construction of literary images. Comparative-analytical, semiotic, and translation studies approaches are applied. The article discusses the mythical heroes from epics and people's perceptions of them. The cases of the reflection of mythologemes in translation are discussed.
