Annotation: This article talks about the emergence of the first press in the Arab Republic of Egypt and its main factors. Also, there are opinions about the forms of the press in the early times and the policy carried out due to it, the role of the press in the life of the society. An understanding of the different stages in the emergence and formation of the Egyptian press is given.
