Annotation: This article focuses on the issues of forecasting the main financial indicators of the organization and improving planning paths. In our study, the theoretical and methodological foundations of forecasting and planning financial indicators were studied, foreign and domestic experience was analyzed. The financial indicators of the shurtan oil and gas production administration have been thoroughly analyzed and evaluated. A methodology for forecasting and planning the main financial indicators of the enterprise has been developed. As a result of the study, directions for improving the forecasting and planning of financial indicators were determined. Recommendations for the automation of forecasting and planning processes using the capabilities of modern information technology and artificial intelligence have been developed.
