Annotation: This article discusses some issues such as the concept of trust management of property and the grounds for its occurrence, the definition of its legal nature, bringing the provisions on the application of this institution in Anglo-Saxon law in accordance with the system of continental law, clarifying the legal status of the trustee, simplifying the procedure for concluding and formalizing a trust management agreement, creating the legal basis for the activities of professional trusts managers. Furthermore issues like scientific study of the use of trust management in various legal systems and its role in the system of obligations and legal bases of transfer to trust management, as well as the improvement of legislation regulating these relations are also covered by the article.
