Annotation: This article discusses the importance of using blockchain technology in ensuring copyright protection within the scope of intellectual property rights, and the protection of copyright. The technologies used in copyright protection, their current importance, and existing shortcomings in effective protection based on foreign experience are discussed. Based on the mechanism of operation of blockchain technology, the protection of related rights is also directly discussed.
