Annotation: This article is devoted to the analysis of the essence and concept of the complex broadcast as an object of civil law, its types and differences from other objects. Also the article deals with the division of objects into simple and complex types, as well as the experience of foreign countries to identify complex objects. Examples of judicial precedents for identifying practical problems are given and analyzed.
