Annotation: The translator must not only have a broad theoretical knowledge of translation, but also knowledge of other people's living conditions, culture, and customs in order to translate realities. In general, the personality of the translator, his intellect, his skill to translate, his knowledge of the field of translation, the translation process, and the style of the text all play a role in the translation of a work of art. The reality of British and Uzbek national identity, as well as their origins and differences, are described in this article.
