Annotation: It is known that public speaking plays an important role in providing students with moral and aesthetic education. An important role in this is to look at the structure of the speaker's speech and to know the basic rules that must be followed in developing the content of this speech. At the same time, there are requirements for oral and written speech, rules that should be paid attention to these aspects. Many of our scientists have studied this and achieved effective results.
