Annotation: This article analyzes all electronic and written sources on the topic and, based on practical research, the purpose of the study is to study the isolation and morphological properties of endophytic microorganisms from medicinal plants, the growth and development of isolated active endophytes in medicinal plants. Isolation of endophytic microorganisms from medicinal plants and analysis and study of their biotechnological potential, identification of endophytic bacteria on the basis of root and leaf extract, identification of phytochemical components of some plants and their available mass spectral The aim is to isolate endophytic microorganisms from ordinary leaves and roots, characterize them and identify them by gene sequencing.
