Annotation: This article examines the role of public councils in developing family and women's policies, focusing on their measures and international experiences, particularly those of the USA and Türkiye. By analyzing statistical data and examples, the article highlights the councils' tasks in areas such as family, education, labor markets, and gender issues. Recommendations are provided to strengthen women's rights and opportunities in society, offering practical insights for social development.
