Annotation: In this article, until the problems of painting and color studies in the higher education system are not solved, there will be no opportunity to improve the effectiveness of visual art lessons in general secondary schools. As a result of this, it was seen that finding a solution to issues such as increasing the interest of the young generation in art and culture and identifying their talent does not give the expected results.
