Annotation: The article is devoted to the study of the most ancient instruments used by the peoples of Central Asia in ancient times. The author examines archaeological finds and written sources to observe the history and evolution of musical instruments in the region.The article discusses a variety of instruments, including strings, winds, percussion instruments, and idiophones. Special attention is paid to the tools used in ceremonies and folk sayings.The article also explores the influence of the ancient instruments of Central Asia on the development of music in other regions, such as the Middle East, India and China. The author concludes that the instruments of the peoples of Central Asia played an important role in the formation of musical traditions of many cultures.In conclusion, in the article, the preservation of ancient instruments as a valuable cultural heritage calls for further research in this area.
