Annotation: This article analyzes a global problem - climate change in the Central Asian region. In the future, this global problem will be reflected in rising temperatures, extreme weather events, desertification, landslides and lack of water resources. In addition, it is noted that the number of hot summer days is increasing, which has a detrimental effect on flora, fauna and human health. Along with this, the article indicates the main directions of the impact of climate change in the region as a whole. Including a decrease in the surface area of glaciers, changes in weather and climatic conditions, a decrease in water volumes in the Syrdarya and Amu Darya basins, a reduction in agricultural acreage and a decrease in crop fertility.
