Annotation: Improving the institution of parliament is one of the key areas that brings to life the principle of building a legal, democratic state. Because the activities of parliament are primarily aimed at protecting the interests of the population, identifying factors and conditions affecting the effectiveness of legislation, ensuring its effective application in public relations, promptly amending legislation, ensuring a high level of responsibility of officials for the implementation of laws and increasing the legal culture of citizens.
