Annotation: In this work, the reaction of chloroacetylation of o-chlorotoluene was carried out under various conditions in the presence of iron catalysts. The resulting product was analyzed by GSX and the resulting isomeric composition was determined. found that the chloroacetylation reaction of o-chlorotoluene does not proceed with the catalysts TAA and TSC.
