Annotation: This article discusses the the results of historical-etymological analysis of English and Uzbek economic terms and studies the origin and historical development of economic terms. The purpose of the article is to investigate the ways through which they were borrowed or derived from. It set the aim of carrying a research out in a special vocabulary system.
