Annotation: This article analyzes the pragmatic interpretation of the phenomenon of implicit consent/agreement in the translation of Uzbek and English literary texts. The study explores the linguistic and extralinguistic features of implicit agreement based on modern approaches in pragmalinguistics, discourse analysis, communicative strategies, and translation theory. Furthermore, the influence of dialogic structures, implicature, presupposition, speech acts, and cultural codes in English and Uzbek literature on the translation process is scientifically substantiated.The research also examines semantic loss, pragmatic transformations, and cultural adaptation processes of implicit agreement in literary translation through illustrative examples. The findings of the study possess significant theoretical and practical importance for the development of translation studies, pragmalinguistics, and comparative literary studies.
