Annotation: This article analyzes the theoretical and legal foundations, current economic conditions, and development prospects of enhancing the competitiveness of Uzbekistan’s national economy. The study examines macroeconomic indicators, investment activity, foreign trade structure, logistics efficiency, labor productivity, and export potential. In addition, the main structural, institutional, and innovative challenges affecting competitiveness are identified, and practical recommendations are proposed to address them. The research findings indicate that despite high economic growth rates, there remains a need to diversify exports, modernize logistics systems, strengthen innovation activities, and improve the quality of investments. The article proposes priority directions and phased measures aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the national economy.
