Annotation: Ensuring national security plays an essential role in protecting the country's independence, constitutional system, territorial integrity, economic, scientific, and technical, and defense power from illegal aggression. This article analyzed the constitutional and legal basics of the formation of the national security system of the Republic of Uzbekistan and their interactions with an internal and foreign policy are considered.
