Annotation: Currently, relations related to the investment sector are growing rapidly on a global scale. Investment relations are becoming so complicated that it is connected with almost all branches of law and is becoming a separate field. At the same time, investment is also an economic category, which requires interdisciplinary research. This article compares the development trend of investment legislation with the development trend of the national legal system and analyzes the current situation and potential changes.
