Annotation: This article describes the organization of the Soviet educational policy, ideological, legal and economic foundations in the Soviet Socialist Republic of Uzbekistan in 1925-1940. It was based on the Soviet model of public education, which was formed from the totalitarian idea of those times and a sharp class point of view, the Bolshevik thinking that sought to standardize the spiritual life of society, and the fight against any manifestations of individualism in the field of general education. Also, information is given about the country's cultural and educational life, science and education. Here are shown the history of the conflicting development of Uzbekistan's public education in the colonial and former Socialist era, problems in public education, and the work to solve them.
