Annotation: This article comprehensively analyzes the institutional framework for regulating small entrepreneurship in the manufacturing sector in Uzbekistan. The study examined the regulatory and legal framework, state support mechanisms, tax and financial policy, as well as the system of institutional institutions. The article identifies barriers to the development of small enterprises and develops recommendations based on international experience. The results of the study are of practical importance for expanding small businesses in the manufacturing sector and strengthening public-private partnerships.
