Annotation: This article analyzes modern approaches to reforming the system of vocational education in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It examines the alignment of the training process with the real needs of the labor market, strengthening the practical orientation of education, and implementing the dual education system to increase the competitiveness of specialists. The study also explores the formation of a professional qualification system, the expansion of cooperation between the public and private sectors, the modernization of curricula based on international standards, and the introduction of innovative management mechanisms in vocational education institutions.
