Annotation: This study is dedicated to the study of foreign experience in the formation and development of the green economy in Uzbekistan. The authors consider the principles, methods and tools of green economy development on a global scale and analyze their application to the economy of Uzbekistan. Special attention is paid to the experience of countries with developed green economy, such as Germany, Switzerland, China, etc. The authors highlight the main areas of development of the green economy, such as the use of renewable energy sources, improvement of energy efficiency, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, development of circular agriculture, and others. They also discuss the importance of state support and encouragement of green innovations and projects. The study shows that a comprehensive and systematic approach, as well as the active participation of the state, business and society, is necessary for the successful implementation of the green economy in Uzbekistan. cooperation is required.
