Annotation: In this article, we will provide information about mid-season varieties of cauliflower in Uzbekistan, their cultivation and vegetation period. Cauliflower is the best choice not only for lovers of delicious vegetable dishes, but also for supporters of healthy eating, because this culture contains substances that increase immunity and normalize digestion. In addition, regular consumption of cabbage reduces the risk of cancer.
