Annotation: The COVID-19 pandemic has made adjustments to the development of the country's economy in terms of changing its composition by sectors. Businesses invest in industries that maximize profits rather than industries that have low returns. Currently, in the context of the decrease in the volume of car production due to the shutdown of factories during the quarantine period, the decrease in the purchasing power of the population is associated with the risk of unemployment as a result of the bankruptcy of enterprises. Demand for new cars is expected to decline as a result of lower wages and job vacancies, a significant increase in sales in the used car segment, and a consequent sharp increase in the need for car services. It is the car service customer who determines the direction of business development based on digital technologies in the competitive environment of technical service and repair.
